Notification and reminders

How do I find out if there is anything new in the case and deadlines on the case?

You can always see if there is something new in your case if you log in to minretssag.dk. Deadlines and upcoming court hearings can also be seen on minretssag.dk.

You will receive a notification when there is news in the case.

The notification is a short message that is sent to your e-Box if you are a party to a case and have not provided another email address for notifications on the case. If you are represented by a lawyer or another party representative, the notice is only sent to the lawyer / party representative.

Only one notification per day is sent per case, and only if something new has happened in the case. The notification is sent at 17. Not every single action on the case is advised. You therefore need to find out about the new case by logging on to minretssag.dk and opening the case.

Lawyers are notified at the e-mail address provided to the Danish Bar Association's register of members (AMK), but can also enter one or more other e-mail addresses for the notifications.

When notifying of a new deadline in the case, everyone with access to see the deadline will be notified.

Notifications do not contain sensitive personal information.

What is a reminder?

A reminder is a notice that a time limit is about to expire or that a court hearing is to be held in the case.

Reminders are sent to your e-Box if you are a party to a case and have not provided another email address for notifications on the case. If you are represented by a lawyer or other party representative in the case, the notification is only sent to the lawyer / party representative.

Reminders are sent out individually and continuously for each case. The reminder is sent no earlier than three days before the deadline or three days before the court hearing.

Reminders do not contain sensitive personal information.
