Capital punishment by The States Parties

In the Terror State of Denmark we are told that the death penalty, capital punishment, was aborted 1930: https://denstoredanske.lex.dk/d%C3%B8dsstraf. On that page we read the first and second paragraph:

"The death penalty is the most severe punishment of the law. The death penalty was abolished in Denmark with the Criminal Code of 1930; the last execution, however, had taken place in 1892. After the Occupation, a total of 78 death sentences were handed down at the final instance during the trial in Denmark 1945-50, of which 46 were executed. [Danish] Military criminal law abolished the death penalty in 1978.

The death penalty is known in most cultures, but its origin is doubtful. In older Danish law, the death penalty is known for e.g. theft, while the penalty for manslaughter was originally not the death penalty. In the cities, more severe punishments often applied than under the provincial laws, including the death penalty. During the 1500-t. the death penalty became the common punishment for manslaughter. It was an influence from Mosaic law, as it could be read in the books of Moses, where for manslaughter is prescribed "life for life", the so-called principle of retaliation (principle of retaliation). Also a number of morality crimes were from 1500-t. punished with death. For theft, the punishment was hanging, and beheading was used in manslaughter; for certain crimes of morality and for witchcraft, bonfires were used."

The constitution of the Terror State of Denmark has its foundation with The Bible in which a certain fella is named "justice" is hung on a cross receiving the most severe punishment of the law called capital punishment. We are at Capitoline Hill and we are with capital, money.

"Although Article 6 of the ICCPR permits the use of the death penalty in limited circumstances, it also provides that “nothing in this article shall be invoked to delay or to prevent the abolition of capital punishment by any State Party to the present Covenant.”"

Article 6

1. Every human being has the inherent right to life. This right shall be protected by law. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his life.

2. In countries which have not abolished the death penalty, sentence of death may be imposed only for the most serious crimes in accordance with the law in force at the time of the commission of the crime and not contrary to the provisions of the present Covenant and to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. This penalty can only be carried out pursuant to a final judgement rendered by a competent court.

3. When deprivation of life constitutes the crime of genocide, it is understood that nothing in this article shall authorize any State Party to the present Covenant to derogate in any way from any obligation assumed under the provisions of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

4. Anyone sentenced to death shall have the right to seek pardon or commutation of the sentence. Amnesty, pardon or commutation of the sentence of death may be granted in all cases.

5. Sentence of death shall not be imposed for crimes committed by persons below eighteen years of age and shall not be carried out on pregnant women.

6. Nothing in this article shall be invoked to delay or to prevent the abolition of capital punishment by any State Party to the present Covenant.

Crime of Genocide

Armies go to war on behalf of State Parties so why punish individuals. Democracy would not look very bright if they dragged all of the government and parliament to ICC. Better imprison a few "idiots" who probably are patsies or will be well rewarded once they leave whatever prison they are in.

The Terror State of Denmark is a signatory and a State Party to ICCPR hence condoning, supporting and allowing the death penalty, capital punishment, θανάτου, which makes the Terror State of Denmark eligible to stand tried at ICC or national court in the realm where capital punishment was abolished in 1930.

Capital Punishment is still legal as per their foundation

Capital Punishment is still legal as per the constitution of Denmark grundloven.dk which has its foundation in The Bible where a rather famous execution, capital punishment on Capitol Hill Calvary, or Golgotha, takes place and they hang the fella in 3000 churches for all to know that capital punishment is still empirically legal in the Terror State of Denmark. In order to fully implement any charter or treaty the Terror State of Denmark would need to abolish its constitution and its foundation The Bible meaning that the Terror State of Denmark might drop its title Terror. "For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended."

Authorities do terror against those who do wrong such as henious crimes against humanity which is why most people hunger for love as does most army-generals. If doing the right thing is to pay more than 100% tax then most would do the wrong thing which is why large corporations can pay 0% tax in tax-havens (haven; a place of safety or refuge. Haven is Danish is also a garden [of Eden]).
