2021.10.27: Danmarks Domstole may shut the case down because NUR will not pay the court-fee. Paying to the defendant a fee to let the defendant find if the defendant if guilty is like washing your washing-machine with your washing-machine.

Note by NUR: how the court can decide whether conditions are met is unbeknown since the court is defined as a place where a judged is present. The clerks seem to handle the conditions. If clerk handles this part of the procedure taking 3 weeks and the case is said to not meet the conditions, then this is a failure on Danmarks Domstole to fullfill Fundamental Rights in Europe:
Article 47 - Right to an effective remedy and to a fair trial
Everyone whose rights and freedoms guaranteed by the law of the Union are violated has the right to an effective remedy before a tribunal in compliance with the conditions laid down in this Article.
Everyone is entitled to a fair and public hearing within a reasonable time by an independent and impartial tribunal previously established by law. Everyone shall have the possibility of being advised, defended and represented.
Legal aid shall be made available to those who lack sufficient resources in so far as such aid is necessary to ensure effective access to justice.

Impartial tribunal: Danmarks Domstole is paid for by The Ministry of Finance, Finansministeriet, https://fm.dk which gets its money from the State which collects money via taxes from people and corporations.
It is yet by request from Niels Ulrik Reinwald to The Ministry of Finance and others, how much and from where Danmarks Domstole is paid. NUR has emailed The Ministry of Finance asking for budget and total cost fiscal year 2020. This email as a request has been sent 2021 October 5 and there is no reply yet. NUR also telephoned The Ministry of Finance and NUR was put on hold and then to an answering machine and NUR spoke a message yet no reply. Expenses 2020 1.809,9 million DKK, salary, rent, heating, etc.

Income is paid for via fees which are taxed with V.A.T. at 25% and expenses are paid via taxation paid by people and corporations.
A fee is a tax and taxing people for filing a court case is not allowed by law.

So the user pays a fee to dispose of waste and this fee, which is a tax, is burned yet again with V.A.T. which in Denmark is called Moms (which in English means mothers) and Internal Revenue (skat.dk) calls this Moms a Merværdiafgift; meaning; Morevaluefee which nicely leads to value added tax abbreviated V.A.T. which then begs the question why not call it V.A.T. because skat in Danish means darling and that is why it has many names. Here comes the magic: customer pays a fee, which is a tax, which is no less than value added tax, to rid the waste, and on top of that fee the customer pays yet again 25% Moms which is V.A.T. which then means, mathematically and all, that the customer pay V.A.T. on V.A.T. on something which has value added and this added value is waste, which then in natural terms leads to the equation called gravity; that the customer by paying V.A.T. to rid the waste adds value which explains why the holder of waste has a bargaining-value and should logically be able to negotiate the price of the value which is added to the waste which also explains why waste is a product just like any other commodity like sugar, coffee, metals, soybeans, palmoil etc.
Therefore; fee is tax.

Right to a fair trial 1
In the determination of his civil rights and obligations or of any criminal charge against him, everyone is entitled to a fair and public hearing within a reasonable time by an independent and impartial tribunal established by law. Judgment shall be pronounced publicly but the press and public may be excluded from all or part of the trial in the interests of morals, public order or national security in a democratic society, where the interests of juveniles or the protection of the private life of the parties so require, or to the extent strictly necessary in the opinion of the court in special circumstances where publicity would prejudice the interests of justice.

Independent: It has therefore been proven, that Danmarks Domstole is paid for by Ministry of Finance and is thus not independent defined as among others via subsistence; the action or fact of maintaining or supporting oneself. Since taxpayers pay most of all of the expenses to Danmarks Domstole, independence is therefor voided.
Impartial: The red paint thrower received 4 month imprisonment while Anders Fogh Rasmussen question if International Criminal Court will prosecute a Prime Minister. Danmarks Domstole aware of the situation related to war in Iraq instituted by State of Denmark with other nations. 150.000 people died violently in the Iraq war 2003-2006. Danmarks Domstole does not uphold neither humans rights and Fundamental Rights in Europe and Saddam Hussein was hunted down like worse than a dead rat and hanged without a fair trial at ICC. State of Denmark has signed EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.

Since International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights is said to allow death penalty then Fundamental Rights Europe are voided and obsolete making International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights obsolete and voided too because that charter goes against Fundamental Rights Europe. It is a bewildering and unlawful. You as a citizens of Europe or Planet Earth can receive the death penalty and this may explain why nations such as Denmark goes to war without avoiding deaths galore and death penalty by a mock court outside of ICC which Anders Fogh Rasmussen himself asked to avoid because killing via genocide seems to go one way only and this explain why a paint-throwers receive prison-time while genocide and unlawful penalty by hanging goes unpunished since using hanging and filming it goes against any type of humanity known to humanity.
