They like to call it complain. I do not favor this term and expression since it implies being a nusance and a busy-body.

Everyone whose rights and freedoms guaranteed by the law of the Union are violated has the right to an effective remedy before a tribunal in compliance with the conditions laid down in this Article.
So why does the European Commision use the term complain? It implies you have no idea and you are stupid enough to file a complaint. The European Commision does not even follow their own guides such as using violated. In below complainform the EU does use the term violated at times. EU also use the term grievance which sound like you have a Flu and wish to complain.

A 10 step violation form. The word breach is not used in EU Fundamental Rights. The user must click and accept breach yet breach is not part of the wording in Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. This is very significant since, as we know, words makes for the legallity of robbing the citizens of property without compensating the theft. The word in English is deprived but Danish is legal language and any state can read Danish and thus use that language legally to commit the crimes the states tells its citizens not to to and will punish the citizens severely of those crimes the state can do. It is illegal to rob anyone of property see Article 17 but since the state is its citizens (! not confirmed by the state) then citizens are allowed to rob anyone as are the state which seems to be illegal which is why it is punished. So which is it - rhetorical.
It is so amazing and millions of people voted for it - Brexit. The reason why there are unions is because minds of people are being manipulated on levels which only happens to giraffes in reserves in Africa.
